Qualifications

• Motor Vehicle Report, Criminal Record Check, Physician’s Statement and TB test required.
• Basic computer skills and documentation ability.
• Willingness to learn meal planning and basic care routines.
• Experience or training in Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health, Special Education, or Social Services is a plus.
• US citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living skills according to ISP and skill levels.
• Observe and follow agency and state policies; attend trainings.
• Demonstrate person-centered service and proper documentation.
• Maintain resident records electronically and manage petty cash/personal money.
• Assist with meals, menu planning, shopping, and proper food storage.
• Schedule transportation and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism; report significant events promptly.
