Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Willing and able to work nights and weekends.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to prove U.S. work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
• Georgia Driver's License (if required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community involvement.
• Monitor and promote residents' safety, health, and well-being.
• Implement and follow individualized support plans (ISPs) for residents.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation per policies.
• Maintain accurate care documentation, logs, and incident reports.
• Travel between DDM homes to provide coverage and support as needed.
