Job summary

The Goodman Group is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide routine daily care and medication services to residents in a caring, respectful manner under the assessment and service plan. The role includes assisting with ADLs, transfers, and mobility, and ensuring resident safety and infection control.

Schedules include PM and NOC shifts, with possible Friday/Saturday doubles and flexible breakouts. Onsite position with a focus on high-quality resident care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and mobility while maintaining dignity.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using proper techniques.
• Record medication administration and report any changes to supervising nurse.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' condition to the nurse.
• Ensure safety and infection control practices are followed.
• Provide support during activities and respond promptly to resident needs.
