Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in a respectful manner, following the assessment and service plan. You will assist with ADLs, transfers, and daily activities while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality.

This role requires responding promptly to resident needs, communicating changes to nurses, and adhering to facility policies and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) tasks while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor promptly.
• Support residents to participate in activities and outings as needed.
• Respond to resident requests for care in a timely and courteous manner.
• Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines.
