Job summary

HonorHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Nursery Level II-2W at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. The RN will follow ANA standards, manage medical histories, administer medications, perform diagnostic procedures, and support patient rehabilitation and discharge planning.

• RN licensure in Arizona is required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience is required.
• ASN or Diploma in Nursing is acceptable to start.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a family-centered plan of care.
• Identify patient outcomes and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide interventions including medications, IV therapy, and care coordination.
• Document patient progress and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the care team and educate patients and families.
