Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure and current state license to practice nursing.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Perform accurate patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for individualized plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
