Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates in a NICU setting.
• Monitor, assess, and manage neonatal patients, including ventilator and critical care support.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per NICU protocols.
• Educate and support families throughout the care process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards.
