Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a qualified RN for its Four Peaks Medical Center ICU/CVICU in Mesa, AZ. The RN will provide specialized critical care, including assessment, treatment, and ongoing patient education, under ANA standards of practice.

Responsibilities include medication administration, IV management, and collaboration with the care team to deliver evidence-based care. A BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience is required with active AZ license and BLS.

Qualifications

• 1+ years ICU or CVICU experience required.
• Active Arizona RN license; BLS certification required.
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience if ADN/Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU/CVICU settings.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Document patient data and monitor outcomes.
