Job summary

HonorHealth in Mesa, AZ seeks an experienced RN for the Nursery to join our evening shift. You will provide direct patient care, assessments, and care coordination for neonatal and pediatric populations within a high‑acuity nursing environment.

The role requires an AZ RN license and a BSN within 60 months or equivalent experience, with BLS certification. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN with Arizona license and appropriate nursing credentials.
• BSN required or must complete BSN within 60 months of hire.
• Diploma/ADN acceptable with plan to achieve BSN.
• National certification for unit-specific patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans based on nursing judgment.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies per orders.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
