BJC Behavioral Health is hiring an Overnight Shift Supervisor to oversee Mobile Crisis Response and Call Center teams during overnight hours. The role includes supervision, coaching, and guiding staff through high-risk crises in a fast-paced environment.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days in the office per week with some field-based work when on-site. Strong crisis leadership and decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Licensure as LCSW or LPC required or eligible.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to overnight Mobile Crisis staff and Call Center staff.
• Ensure timely crisis responses and assist with clinical decision making.
• Monitor staffing and coverage during overnight shifts.
• Coach staff on performance and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with community resources to address treatment needs.
