Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Rep at our Saginaw gym for the evening shift. You will greet members, answer questions, process check-ins, input member data at the front desk, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, supporting membership promotions, and coordinating with management to ensure safety and adherence to policies. Prioritize excellent service and teamwork to enhance member experience at Excel Fitness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service at the front desk and assist with inquiries.
• Input and update member information into tablets and the point of sale system.
• Monitor club cleanliness and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Audit cash drawers and balance daily.
• Promote club promotions and assist with membership campaigns.
