Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Familiar with Excel, Planet Fitness brand and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the front desk and promote membership options.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere throughout shifts.
• Input and update member data into tablets and POS systems.
• Audit cash drawers and balance daily transactions.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and training.
• Assist GM and AM with membership promotions and events.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve issues promptly.
