Job summary

Excel Fitness in Coppell, TX is seeking a Member Services Rep at the front desk for afternoon/evening shifts. You will greet members, process sign-ups, handle POS transactions, and promote memberships.

You will maintain a clean, welcoming club environment, input member data on tablets, audit cash drawers, and support operational tasks with the GM and shift leads. This role requires standing for long periods and strong communication with members and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Great communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Must be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.
• Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively.
• Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements.
