Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, process memberships, and promote current specials while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting members, handling billing questions, tours, sign-ups, and maintaining front desk operations. On-site work with a team of professionals in a fitness-focused environment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Must obtain CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain tanning certification within company timelines.
• National Sex Offender Registry check required.
• All Utah locations participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with memberships, inquiries, and billing questions.
• Provide tours and sign-ups; explain membership options.
• Process new memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and maintain front desk workflow.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety throughout shift.
