Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet, check-in, tour, and assist with memberships in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include handling calls, updating members, processing transactions at the POS, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team policies and trainings in a busy fitness setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby area.
• Perform regular facility cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Support team operations by adhering to new policies and training.
• Restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete trainings and additional learning as directed.
