Job summary

You will support nursing staff, manage patient flow, and serve as the central communication point for clinicians, patients, and families to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and clerical/administrative/customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and computer skills are essential.
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients, families, visitors, and physicians while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answering telephones, call bells, and intercoms, directing requests to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining accurate patient information.
• Entering physician orders and updating patient records using electronic medical record systems.
• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining reports and unit documentation.
