Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, directing them to appropriate staff.
• Answer phones, handle call bells, and relay messages promptly.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate patient data.
• Enter physician orders and update patient records in EMR systems.
• Prepare and maintain unit reports and documentation.
• Support daily nursing station operations, ensuring organized work environment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to maintain efficient workflows.
