Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and evidence-based practice mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager with hiring, staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain patient care standards, policies, and procedures to ensure safe, effective, compassionate care.
• Monitor budgets and guide the department's clinical educator.
