Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Med Surg unit during the evening/night shifts. You will provide clinical and administrative leadership, supervise staff, and support daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualifications include a BSN or higher, RN licensure in the appropriate state, and at least two years of RN experience with leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the appropriate state.
• BSN preferred; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of RN clinical experience with leadership exposure.
• Completion of leadership competencies and required trainings.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise unit staff during shift operations.
• Assist with scheduling, trainings, coaching, and new initiatives.
• Support the Manager and other leadership to foster unit success.
• Collaborate with staff to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
• Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison and supportive leader for families served on the unit.
