Your Impact in this Role

As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be a key leader in our Med/Surg unit, responsible for a variety of critical functions:

The Skills and Qualifications We're Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required or you must be actively enrolled in a BSN program with a target graduation date within three years of hire.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of nursing experience is required, along with recent charge nurse experience within the last two years. We prefer candidates with at least two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Core Competencies:
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with continuous adaptation and a deep understanding of servant leadership.
  • The ability to identify care patterns and apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office.
