Job summary

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services to lead our Pre/Post team and support exceptional patient care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You'll partner with the Nurse Manager to guide daily operations, mentor caregivers, and advance quality, safety, and clinical excellence across perioperative services in a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

  • BSN or current enrollment in BSN program.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain).
  • BLS & ACLS certification upon hire.
  • Minimum three years of applicable nursing experience.
  • Charge nurse experience gained within the last two years.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Nurse Manager to support daily operations of the Perioperative Services Pre/Post team.
  • Assist with hiring, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and caregiver development.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
  • Support performance management, staff coaching, and professional growth initiatives.
  • Help lead quality improvement efforts, operational projects, and budget monitoring.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in beautiful Vancouver, Washington is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services to help lead our Pre/Post team and support exceptional patient care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range

$134,264 - $201,406 annually

What You’ll Do

Required Qualifications
