Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor Mechanical Systems to lead the Mechanic Shop, supervise staff, and manage maintenance and repair of core facility systems. The role includes overseeing pumps, air systems, and generators, with on-call duties for evenings and emergencies.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance reviews, scheduling, and ensuring safe, efficient operations for theFacilities department during the evening shift.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) years of maintenance or operations related work experience.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and administer the Mechanic Shop personnel, including training, performance reviews, scheduling, assignments, discipline, and timekeeping.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of equipment in the shop, including the Pevco pneumatic tube system, pumps, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and generators.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotational basis with occasional emergency responses during unscheduled times, including weather-related events.
• Serve as the solitary supervisor for Facilities during the evening shift.
• Ensure safety and support for staff and operations.
