Remington Ammunition in Lonoke, Arkansas, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager Factory Operations and requires coaching and development of team members on shift-based production. You will coordinate resources, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to meet schedules and customer demand.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, inventory control, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
• Demonstrated accountability for both individual and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and schedule attainment.
• Analyze production performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput and manufacturing effectiveness.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and cross-functional teams to drive production success.
• Lead employee engagement through communication, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
• Ensure training and development for team members and maintain compliance.
