Remington Ammunition is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our Cold Header Shell manufacturing equipment in Lonoke, Arkansas. This role suits mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy solving equipment issues within a high-performing team.

The position involves preventive and predictive maintenance, setup assistance, lean manufacturing support, and collaboration across production and maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work any of a 4 day 7 shift operation schedule.
• Ability to safely perform work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute within a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain Cold Header Shell Manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) activities to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed production machinery and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Perform required quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Complete maintenance records, production documentation, and equipment tracking transactions.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to resolve equipment and process challenges.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and 5S workplace organization standards.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Prioritize maintenance activities while supporting production goals and performance metrics.
• Cross-train and develop proficiency across multiple manufacturing cells.
• Work overtime as required to support business needs.
