Remington Ammunition in Lonoke, Arkansas is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Cold Header Shell equipment. This role suits mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy solving equipment issues and contributing to a high-performing team.

The position requires experience in industrial maintenance or automated production environments, and a 4 day/7 shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work a 4 day/7 shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Cold Header Shell Manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed production machinery and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Complete maintenance records and production documentation.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and process improvements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S workplace standards.
