The role requires experience in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, and proficient use of MS Office. A 4-day or 7-shift operation is possible, with a rotating night schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; reading/writing English required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to pass written test and mechanical aptitude evaluation.
• Experience with PLC controlled equipment and PM/PdM practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on a high-speed production line.
• Document checks and repairs to maintain warranties and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and assist team with improvements.
• Operate with 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
• Prioritize maintenance around production to meet KPI targets.
• Inspect, read manuals, and adhere to process instructions.
