Job summary

Arvato, a leading 3PL provider, operates a network of distribution centers supporting fashion and apparel brands in the U.S. This Maintenance Technician role focuses on keeping automated material handling equipment running smoothly in a high-volume warehouse facility.

You will troubleshoot and repair conveyors, labeling systems and boiler equipment, while documenting downtime and contributing to reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in industrial equipment maintenance (warehouse or automated systems preferred).
• Familiar with electromechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, motors and drives.
• Maintain automated labeling/print & apply systems.
• Service Jolly machines and boiler/steam equipment.
• Diagnose sensor, photo-eye and communication faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance on MHE and related equipment.
• Respond to stoppages and restore production flow quickly.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams to identify failures.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and downtime causes.
