Job summary

Responsibilities include building maintenance, electrical and plumbing repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electricity theory beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety practices and codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on buildings (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting).
• Repair electrical switches, outlets and fixtures.
• Carry out semi-skilled plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
