Job summary

Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift (5:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.) with a $.25 shift differential and a thirty-minute lunch break.

This full-time role requires teamwork and adherence to safety policies while performing custodial duties across campus. The successful candidate will clean restrooms, lounges, offices, classrooms and corridors, follow standard procedures, and assist in event setup and teardown under guidance from the Custodial

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and sanitize areas per SOPs.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain clean interiors.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Secure and lock assigned areas.
• Assist with event setup and teardown.
• Report repairs needed and assist with routine maintenance.
