Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Plumbing installation and repairs.
• Grounds maintenance and care.
• Carpentry work and repairs.
• Floor tile installation and replacement.
• Roof repairs (cold patch).
• Operate maintenance equipment and tools.
• Fence installation and repair.
• Furniture and equipment assembly and repair.
• Routine preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Driveway and parking lot repairs.
• Deliver materials and supplies throughout the district.
• Load/unload materials from trucks.
