Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for full-time work in Saint Paul, MN. The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, 4 years of multi-family or commercial maintenance, and a valid driver’s license.

Janitorial and on-call duties included; company vehicle available. The position covers the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area with a 4pm–12:30am shift, and involves working outside normal hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills include email, time-entry and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders; ensure completion within 48 hours.
• Complete basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliances and windows.
• Collaborate with vendors and peers; manage inventory of hand tools and parts.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct when dealing with residents, vendors and staff.
