Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our community well-maintained, curb appeal high, and residents served with a responsive maintenance presence.

From cleaning and turnover tasks to safety-conscious procedures, you will support the service team and ensure a safe, welcoming environment during the 3 PM to Midnight shift. Onsite housing discounts and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and respectful interactions with residents.
• Ability to follow safety policies and report hazards promptly.
• Willingness to perform routine maintenance tasks and respond to requests.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep grounds, amenities, and common areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and support the make-ready specialist during turnover.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely and up to codes.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous, responsive service and address resident questions or complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA-related training.
