Job summary

Adecco is assisting in Springfield, OH to fill a Mailroom Specialist onsite role. The position pays $16/hour and offers Mon-Fri 4pm–12:30am shifts. Onsite work location is required for candidates in or near Springfield, OH.

Responsibilities include prepping electronic mail, operating an OPEX mail machine, and preparing/scanning hazard mail documents for transfer to other departments. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus basic MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Mailroom/clerical experience a plus.
• Basic MS Office Suite skills.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepping incoming electronic mail.
• Work with an OPEX mail machine.
• Prepare and scan hazard mail documents electronically for transfer to other departments for processing.
• Other tasks as assigned.
