Evening Luxury Property Concierge (Temp to Perm)

Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Boston seeks a Concierge for a temporary role supporting residents and guests with exceptional service and attention to detail. You will greet visitors, assist with their needs, and maintain security and administrative tasks in a luxury residential setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service, a valid driver’s license, and comfortable with evening hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and commute to the property.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must meet Valet Concierge driving criteria with a valid license.
• Must be punctual, able to stay awake during the shift and stand for long periods.
• General computer skills to perform administrative tasks and time entry.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to handle emergencies calmly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and pass a background check.
• Provide 3 professional references and commute via public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control and monitor building security via cameras.
• Greet residents, visitors and log non-residents appropriately.
• Handle administrative tasks and update logs for shift changes.
• Drive, park, and retrieve resident/guest vehicles safely.
• Coordinate with vendors, arrange reservations and local recommendations.
• Assist with move-ins/outs and elevator coordination with the Property Manager.
• Process packages and dry cleaning and maintain resident events setup.
• Respond to emergencies and contact maintenance as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and general building upkeep.
