Job summary

Mediate Management Company in Boston seeks a Concierge for a temporary role working 3 pm–11 pm, Monday to Friday. You will greet residents and guests, manage access, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

A minimum of 2 years in concierge, hotel, or customer service is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour with potential for permanent hire based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in concierge, hotel, or customer service.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required and able to drive a manual transmission (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and vendors and log visitors as required.
• Provide access control and monitor security cameras.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain shift notes for handovers.
• Coordinate packages and dry cleaning per building policy.
• Assist Lead Concierge with resident move-ins/outs and elevator scheduling.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Building Superintendent to ensure smooth operations.
