Mediate Management Company, Inc. is seeking a Valet Concierge for the second shift in Boston.

You will greet residents and guests, manage access control, and perform basic administrative duties while ensuring security and exceptional service in a luxury residential setting. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in concierge or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive a manual transmission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission (highly preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors; log non-residents in the visitor/vendor log.
• Provide access control and monitor building security via cameras.
• Drive, park, and retrieve resident/guest vehicles safely.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain shift notes for handoffs.
• Coordinate packages and move-ins/outs; assist with events as needed.
