Responsibilities

• Handles deliveries to residents including food, dry cleaning, groceries, and packages.
• Assists residents with bell services at front drive and luggage.
• Assists with moving items to and from personal storage.
• Stocks and maintains lobby coffee machine.
• Maintains knowledge of building departments, services, and amenities.
• Provides information and assistance to residents and colleagues.
• Ensures cleanliness of Butler Pantry and proper stocking.
