Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation in Oxford, CT is seeking a Client Services Representative I to be the friendly first and last impression for guests. You will greet passengers, coordinate ground services, manage catering and transportation, and handle inquiries with a professional, upbeat demeanor.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work a 1:30 PM–10:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays. Benefits are available along with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of aviation client relations experience preferred; luxury hospitality background also considered.

Responsibilities

  • Greets passengers, pilots, and flight attendants and coordinates arrival/departure details.
  • Arrange fuel orders and other ground services for aircraft.
  • Answer customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner; support front office operations.
  • Maintain lobby areas and assist with various front-of-house tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a smooth experience.

As the first and last impression of Clay Lacy Aviation, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Client Services Representative's demeanor should reflect the quality of Clay Lacy Aviation to our guests with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!Location: Oxford, CT (KOXC)Shift: 1:30PM - 10:00PM (Days off TBD.
