St. Paul’s Assisted Living in the United States is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide skilled care, administer medications, and support residents in a safe, comfortable living environment.

This full‑time evening shift position emphasizes accurate records, collaboration with the nursing leadership, and adherence to state regulations, with a focus on compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Indiana is required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and resident care standards.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records with attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient, and team‑oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care: administer medications, wound care, assist with mobility, monitor vital signs.
• Supervision: oversee nursing staff during shifts and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Compliance: maintain accurate medical records and meet regulations.
• Collaboration: work with Director of Nursing/Clinical Care Coordinator to uphold quality care.
• Quality improvement: participate in initiatives to enhance care and operations.
