St. Paul’s Assisted Living, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

The ideal candidate holds Indiana LPN licensure, experience in long-term care or assisted living, and a patient, empathetic manner. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, ensure accurate records, and support

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Indiana.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate records.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic demeanor.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care: administer medications, wound care, mobility assistance, and vital signs.
• Supervision: oversee nursing staff during shifts and ensure care plans are followed.
• Compliance: maintain accurate medical records and meet healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration: work with Director of Nursing/Clinical Care Coordinator to uphold standards.
• Quality improvement: participate in initiatives to enhance resident care and operations.
