Job summary

St. Paul’s Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our caregiving team for the day shift. The LPN will provide medication administration, monitoring, and support to residents, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

The role requires an active Indiana LPN license and prior long-term care or assisted living experience is preferred. Collaboration with nursing leadership and adherence to regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and resident care standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care: administer meds, wound care, mobility assistance, vital signs.
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts to follow care plans and regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinator to uphold care quality.
• Support quality improvement initiatives in resident care and facility operations.
