Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, ensuring accurate documentation, pursuing ongoing dementia trainings, and engaging families to enhance resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support the Memory Care Unit with a holistic, person-centered approach to dementia care.
• Supervise Memory Care Aides and CNAs, assist with ADL care and staffing needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
• Engage families and residents to enhance quality of life and encourage participation in activities.
