Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Document planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses and care plans.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel per state guidelines and supervise for accuracy.
• Coordinate care with the health care team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
