Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation seeks an experienced Staff LPN for the Free-Standing Emergency Department in Obetz. This full-time, evening shift role rotates every 3 weeks and requires Ohio licensure.

You will provide care, collaborate with the care team, and support safety and efficiency in a high reliability setting. The LPN must hold an Ohio license, complete required medication courses, and participate in patient care across the health-illness continuum.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio LPN license.
• High School diploma or GED required; BLS certification.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with Ohio Board.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments and document findings.
• Document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise the plan as needed.
