Job summary

The LPN will provide direct patient care, participate in care planning, and support the health care team in a fast-paced ED environment. The position involves 3 twelve-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotation, and compliance with Ohio Nurse Practice Act guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Ohio LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ED patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to plan and implement care.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses.
• Assist with triage, scheduling, and ensuring patient safety in the ED.
