Job summary

OhioHealth’s Dublin Methodist Hospital is seeking a Staff LPN for the Emergency Department night shift. The role requires an active Ohio LPN license and involves direct patient care, assessment, and care coordination with the health care team.

You will work in a fast-paced ED environment, collaborating with physicians, RNs, and support staff to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care during 36 hours per week across 3 twelve‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required).
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Ohio licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments and document findings.
• Develop and modify care plans based on patient needs and diagnoses.
• Evaluate response to interventions and adjust plans accordingly.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff per state rules and supervise accordingly.
• Participate in process improvement and collaborate with the health care team.
