Job summary

Venture is seeking a Crossdock Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the shift, directing a team and coordinating inbound/outbound logistics. Responsibilities include managing loads for on-time delivery, enforcing safety standards, and training material handlers to uphold quality and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and strong analytical and software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or business related field is required.
• Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills are required for shipment data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data interpretation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the tactical and operational planning of inbound/outbound logistics for the shift.
• Monitor on-time receipt and delivery window conformance.
• Enforce all safety rules and guidelines and train material handlers.
• Oversee receiving/loading of trucks and paperwork processing.
• Maintain SOPs and work instructions for customer programs.
