Job summary

DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent for the 2nd shift in Denton, Texas. The role focuses on building rapport with clients, data entry of shipping and receiving information, and accurate order processing to support site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related capacity.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during seasons.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run and print shipments from WMS.
• Run stock reports to verify product availability.
• Prepare paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Check orders for special requests and expedite as needed.
• Follow up with other departments to meet service standards.
• Ensure proper invoicing by verifying customers.
• Handle returned merchandise and issue credits where appropriate.
• Enter and verify data regarding orders, shipments, and inventories.
