Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Agent (CSR) to build rapport with clients by delivering exceptional service and accurate data entry for shipping and receiving information. You will process orders, run shipments from the WMS, and support timely order processing to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Input and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts, inventories, and adjustments.
• Prepare and file all papers related to customer work orders.
• Ensure proper invoicing and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Act as liaison between warehouse and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
