Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a full-time night shift (Sun-Wed and every other Wednesday 6pm-6:30am) to support order processing, data entry and customer communications. You will handle shipments, inventory checks, and related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely responses in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check for product availability.
• Expedite orders as necessary and notify customers of activity.
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Greet customers and visitors to the office and answer phone calls in a cheerful, timely manner.
